Returns

We can only accept returns or exchanges purchased through www.lyfmakeup.com

You have up to 30 days after delivery date to return your item. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unusedin the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Failure to follow these requirements may result in a denied return.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and often times a photo. Please do not send your purchase back without receiving a return authorization from us first. Email info@lyfmakeup.com for any issues with your purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items to ensure a successful return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@lyfmakeup.com and we will work with you to resolve any issues.

Shipping

To return or exchange your product, please email info@lyfmakeup.com to obtain a return authorization and return shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund and a shipping label was provided by us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items to ensure a successful return.
